The Organization & Employee Development (OED) Department is accepting individual applications from Polk County BoCC regular employees to participate the 2019 Emerging Leader’s Education Program. This is a dynamic, multifaceted, and competency-based leader education program designed expressly for promising, up-and-coming talent within our regular workforce aspiring to be leaders in our organization; and seeking to develop core leadership competencies.
